About Olivia York, LMFT

I work with children, teens, adults, and families, providing a warm and supportive environment where clients can find healing, growth, and hope. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, autism, self-esteem and self-confidence, stress management, and parent training.

My therapeutic approach primarily incorporates Behavioral and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness strategies that help clients develop healthy coping skills and emotional regulation. I am also trained and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and I integrate these evidence-based models to meet the unique needs of each client.

For clients seeking a faith-based perspective, I offer Christian counseling, integrating Biblical principles and spiritual growth into the therapeutic process. My goal is to help clients not only heal emotionally and mentally but also deepen their relationship with God and find peace through their faith.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked for four years as a Board-Certified Autism Technician, providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to children ages 2–14. This experience deepened my understanding of developmental and behavioral challenges and continues to inform my work with neurodiverse individuals and their families.
