My background spans multiple states and diverse communities. I’m a Colorado native, now living in Arizona since 2020, with additional professional experience in Florida and Indiana. Over more than 20 years in the counseling field, I’ve gained insight and direction to help clients pursue a wide range of goals — including finding fulfillment, overcoming anxiety and depression, improving self‑esteem, healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, managing grief, making behavioral changes, achieving weight‑loss goals, addressing substance use or addiction, succeeding academically or professionally, managing anger, and building healthy relationships.
