Dr. Melissa Lorang, MD

Melissa Lorang, MD has spent the past 12 years working with children, teens and adults in the San Diego area. She enjoys caring for people in the context of their family, school, work, and community environment. She has worked with youth involved in the juvenile justice system for 11 years. She has maintained a private practice first in San Francisco then in San Diego for the past 14 years. Dr. Lorang has worked in emergency psychiatric settings, graduate school settings, as well as in jail and juvenile detention centers. She now works with people of all ages at Fusion Care Group.

Dr. Lorang completed medical school followed by general psychiatry residency training at the University of California, San Diego. She completed Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry Fellowships at the University of California, San Francisco.
