About Ashlee Crispo, LPCC
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply looking for a space where you can be yourself without judgment, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Hi! My name is Ashlee Crispo and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master’s degree from California Baptist University. As someone who is neurodivergent and lives with ADHD, I understand that our brains don’t all work the same way. While my personal experience never replaces my professional training, it has given me a deeper appreciation for the challenges, frustrations, and incredible strengths that often come with being neurodivergent. My hope is that every client who walks into my office feels seen, heard, and valued—not because they need to fit into a mold, but because they deserve support that honors who they are.
I have over 6 years in supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, along with the lasting impact these experiences can have on daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. I have specialized training in EMDR, Seeking Safety, DBT skills, mindfulness-based interventions and play-based activities. I also value a holistic view on mental health and enjoy helping clients explore the relationship between the mind and body as part of their healing journey when it aligns with their goals.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered as I meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable. Every person has a unique story, and I believe therapy should reflect your individual strengths, experiences, and goals.
