Whether you’re healing, coping, growing, or a little bit of everything, it’s a process and you do not have to do it alone. I am a person-centered therapist that takes a collaborative approach to therapy and prioritizes what you need to navigate your journey.
I support individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relational issues, trauma, occupational distress, and navigating life adjustments or just life in general. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
