About Jessica Wilinski, LCSW
Hello, my name is Jessica Wilinski. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working and volunteering in the mental health field for 8 years. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to the Inland Empire to attend UC Riverside for my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work from CSU San Bernardino.
I have worked with children in the school district and adults in various county mental health outpatient programs. I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based approach with interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My training and background allow me to work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life adjustments, and trauma-related disorders. I currently work with clients ages 12 and up. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at in their lives, help them to identify their strengths, and empower them to use those strengths to meet their therapy goals. I know the journey to and process of therapy can be tough and I want to support my clients each step of the way.
