About Callie Khoury, APCC
Does life feel heavier lately? Do you experience racing thoughts at night and find it difficult to quiet your mind? Are you struggling to meet your goals and feel unsure how to get there? If any of these questions resonate with you, I’m here to help! I work with individuals including adults and teens as well as couples to help them navigate the challenges of life and grow in their feelings of strength and competency to face these challenges. I am passionate about supporting my clients in accessing their inner wisdom and meeting their full potential.
I was raised in San Diego and completed my Undergraduate Degree at Seattle University and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of San Diego. I have experience working with teens, adults, couples and children.
I enjoy working with people to address experiences such as anxiety, depression, suicidality, grief and loss, obsessive compulsive disorders, relationship issues and stressful life transitions. I utilize a Person-Centered approach and incorporate interventions primarily from CBT, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, Mindfulness and the Gottman Method.
I have felt honored to support my clients in both accepting themselves as they are now, and clarifying and moving towards their goals for personal and relationship growth. I look forward to meeting you!
