About Dr. Elizabeth English, RPA

Hello, My name is Dr. Elizabeth  English. I have extensive experience working with teens and their families struggling with the day-to-day difficulties of life. I am passionate about working with individuals and families. I am determined and eager to work with individuals who are struggling with trauma and want to change the trajectory of their life. I previously worked as an academic counselor for various school districts, an ABA therapist for children with autism, a psychiatric hospital therapist, a residential treatment therapist/program director, and PHP/IOP therapist/program director. I am trained in crisis interventions and worked with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety disorders, substance use, self-harm issues, autism, anger issues, stress management, behavioral problems and self-esteem issues. I have received training in CBT, DBT, suicide prevention, anxiety and depressive disorders, and TF-CBT. My goal is to create a safe place via telehealth to express yourself, learn new tools to cope and heal as an individual. I am committed to create goals together and work towards achieving those goals, while seeing changes in your personal and professional life.

When I am not working, I spend time with family, cooking, working out, traveling with my partner, going to the beach, and exploring new restaurants.
