About Dr. Jade Fewell Psy.D., RPA

I am a Registered Psychological Associate (RPA). I graduated in 2021 and obtained my associate registration that year. I specialized in Criminology and Justice Studies from the University of Arizona. I have a strong focus on substance use disorder, trauma, crisis management, grief, LGBTQ+, emotional/ physical abuse, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). My goal is to provide my patients with a humanistic approach to care that is non-judgmental. I love working with children, the fire department, the military, and the police service. I focus on finding deeply rooted causative factors and facilitating intentional recovery toward mental health balance.

My therapeutic style is comfortable, warm, accepting, and without bias. I am focused on achieving progress toward therapeutic goals and the progress of patient-centric care. I stand behind cognitive flexibility, the hierarchy of needs, and attachment perspectives. During my residency, I worked closely with a geriatric population, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenic, and diverse mental health population making no diagnosis off limits. I have had unprecedented supervision during my residency working with some of the most robust experts in the field of psychology. I believe to the core that every patient is different, has their own story, and deserves individual support specialized to meet their needs.
