About Veronica Villalobos, APCC

Hi there, my name is Veronica Villalobos. I have over 7 years of experience working with children, teens, families, transitional-aged youth, and adults facing emotional challenges, adapting to life changes, and coping with various life obstacles. Clients who see me are typically managing anxiety or depression, have Autism or ADHD, or are part of the LGBTQ+ community. In my practice, I’m a caring, passionate guide who’s dedicated to helping you find your path to a happier, healthier life using therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing.

My warm and understanding approach creates a safe space where you can freely express yourself and discover the barriers that may be hindering your progress. I’m always learning, and I don’t rely on one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I’ll work with you to find what works best, whether it’s exploring creative coping techniques, enhancing communication skills, or setting goals and boundaries. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to you and take those first steps toward a life that’s true to who you are.
